   Currently our models range from $80,000 to $150,000.00 Some custom projects may be less or more than that range base on your specific design. 

 We pride ourselves in building quality homes with high-end materials that ensure your home will last a lifetime. 

  This varies from town to town.  At minimum you may need a plumbing permit filed by you Local Plumbing Inspector (LPI).  The LPI would inspect your sewer connection to verify it was done property.   

We encourage our clients to be as involved as they would like to be in the building process. We provide regular updates and consultations to ensure our clients are informed and satisfied with the progress of their project.

 We can arrange for shipping of your Tiny Home.  You are welcome to arrange your own delivery or pick up yourself. 

  Tiny Homes come with a 100 - 200 amp electric hook up.   Typically, if it’s a permanent, a minimum 100 amp service is required by code.  

  Tiny Homes are all equipped with minisplit heat pumps for all your heating and cooling needs.  These units are powered by electricity. 

 Yes! The Tiny Homes are well insulated. You will need to skirt/insulate around the bottom of your home.
